Issue 2 of Paediatria Croatica (Vol. 69, 2025) features several original scientific papers addressing important clinical topics. Highlights include studies on the use of medications during breastfeeding, the application of probiotics in Croatian maternity wards, and the validation of the Croatian version of a family quality-of-life scale for children with developmental difficulties. The section on clinical and laboratory observations includes a retrospective study on infectious diseases in internationally adopted children. Two case reports present rare conditions: benign paroxysmal vertigo and transient neonatal myasthenia. The issue concludes with society news from the pediatric symposium “Pediatrics in the Center.”
