A 5-year-old girl was brought to our attention due to abdominal pain. Physical examination and laboratory investigation pointed to acute abdomen. Abdominal ultrasonography showed a mass that differentially appeared as an inflamed collection. She was taken to the operating room and an urachal cyst was removed. Macroscopically, on section it looked malignant and histopathology revealed it to be a sarcoma.
